No-Bake Energy Bites

These are, in one word, epic! They are so easy to make and my family loves them. Great for a grab & go snack! I found this recipe on Money Saving Mom, however the original recipe is from Smashed Peas and Carrots.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup peanut butter(or any other nut butter; all natural works best)*
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips(Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chips are dairy free!)
- 1 tsp vanilla
* I found mine to be a bit dry so I added another 1/4 cup of Peanut Butter.
